Our Team
Michael was born in Arlington, TX, and spent much of his childhood in Bend, Oregon. He graduated from Oregon State University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a minor in psychology. Michael’s construction career began in Central Oregon, where he managed single and multi-family new home projects for a production builder. In 2008, he broadened his expertise to include custom home construction and residential remodeling. Michael excels in building strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met throughout the entire process. His core strengths include attention to detail, time management, and clear communication.
Jessie, an Oregon native, graduated from the University of Oregon in 2009 with a degree in science. For the past 12 years, Jessie has been a key support to Michael while raising their two daughters. She manages the administrative side of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Together, Michael and Jessie make an outstanding team, combining their strengths to deliver exceptional results for their clients.
