NW 23rd, Portland - Kitchen Remodel

This kitchen remodel included updating existing oak cabinetry to Style Lite veneer in a two-tone color scheme, Slate Tru Matte and Ash Tru Gloss. Polished PQ Aura Quartz countertops with an island featuring waterfall edges and ample seating to accommodate entertaining. To accent the quartz back splash, undercabinet lighting was added using WAC LED puck lights. New appliances installed and a wine fridge included at the island.

This high-rise condo unit, located in the Pearl District, underwent an extensive kitchen refresh to spice things up a bit. While preserving the original layout, the existing white cabinets were replaced with plain sliced walnut custom cabinetry. Quartzite Calacatta Taupe countertops were installed, which include a full backsplash and waterfall edges at the island. New plumbing fixtures and appliances were also installed.

Located in beautiful Happy Valley, the update to this untouched 1997 home includes a 70 s/f addition, kitchen remodel and main floor refresh. The kitchen received custom paint grade and walnut cabinets, 3cm Quartz Terreno countertops and a 4x4 ceramic tile splash. The main floor refresh includes White Oak solid natural wood and 16x32 porcelain tile flooring, interior hardware, baseboards, wainscoting and crown molding throughout.

The entire kitchen layout was altered to create better use of space and provide room for a dining nook. Installation of two additional windows, engineered maple flooring, paint-grade custom European style cabinetry, 3cm polished CS Organic white quartz countertops, 2cm full height backsplash and a wet bar. The wallpapered accent wall, installed by the owners, compliment the light and bright colors of the kitchen cabinetry.

This single-story ranch house, located in Hillsboro, received some much-needed TLC after several years of neglect. The home was gutted down to drywall, removing all interior finishes, kitchen cabinet soffits and a non-load bearing wall between the kitchen and family room. Custom maple cabinetry and LG HI MAC countertops were installed along with LVP, LVT and carpet throughout. Exterior updates include a new roof with additional venting, new gutters and exterior painting.

Stunning custom 3-story home, located in Clackamas, was built from the ground up. This 3,000 s/f home consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and daylight basement/bonus room. Custom paint grade cabinetry throughout with Quartz kitchen countertops and tile bathroom countertops. Flooring includes engineered hardwood, carpet and 12x24 tiles. The home was upgraded with higher efficiency vinyl windows, insulation, gas furnace and water heater.
